Please ensure your team are in possession of your return labels, these must be attached to all separate boxes for your courier to collect at the end of the event.
Post Event items may be left in the loading bay for a very short period of time, if items are to be left and collected by a courier, an Exhibitor Storage Form should be completed and given to a member of the Security Team.
All packages should be labelled correctly and stored in the loading bay before leaving the exhibition floor.

PARKING/UNLOADING
Parking is not available in the Loading Bay. Vehicles may not be left unattended in the EICC Loading Bay or parked in an unauthorised location nearby. The Loading Bay is located Off West Approach Road, Edinburgh. EH3 8EE - This means that exhibitors may park their vehicle and unload any necessary items into the EICC’s Loading Bay. These items will be stored safely and monitored by CCTV cameras until the exhibitor if ready to move them to their stand. - As soon as the vehicle has been unloaded, it must be removed off site and parked in the nearest parking facility. - Exhibitors may not start setting up their stand until they have removed their vehicle.Directions to the Loading Bay –Heading: - EAST straight on to LOTHIAN RD. TURN LEFT. Keep in inside lane passing Sheraton Hotel TURN LEFT. Onto WESTERN APPROACH RD. Second set of lights TURN LEFT …. LOADING BAY DOUBLE SET OF ROLLER SHUTTERS.Heading: - WEST straight down MORRISON STREET. TURN LEFT onto WESTERN APPROACH LINK; TURN LEFT onto WESTERN APPROACH RD. First set of lights TURN RIGHT …. LOADING BAY DOUBLE SET OF ROLLER SHUTTERS.
PARKING NEAR THE EICC
The EICC does not have car park facilities and therefore vehicles need to park in authorised areas near the venue.
There are many car parks in close walking distance to the EICC.

The 6Msq and 12Msq exhibition stands DO NOT include graphics.
Graphics panels can be ordered through Cameron Event Logistics before 14th November.

If you choose to include graphics within your exhibition stand there is the choice between fully cladded graphics or individual panel graphics. More information below.
Alternatively, you may prefer to bring your own banners and pull ups.
