Exhibition Location
The exhibition will be held in The Stratosphere. All stands will be provided with a 3m x 2m space, 6ft dressed trestle table, 2 chairs and access to power. Wi-Fi is available at no charge. Please bring along your own extension cable.

Contractors' Passes and Access for Unloading
Contractors’ passes are not needed at this conference. Exhibitors/Contractors are asked to report to the conference reception desk which will be located in The Stratosphere.
Setup and Access Times
There will be access from 7.15am on the morning of the event.
All stands should be erected by 08.30am before delegates begin registration.
Removal of Exhibits - Breakdown
Exhibitors may remove any exhibits or commence breaking-down their stand after 4pm. It is advised that if a courier is needed, that it is pre-arranged for the same day as storage of items is limited at Dynamic Earth. Please ensure that any boxes and packages are labelled appropriately if they are being left in the venue overnight.
Wireless Internet Access
Free unlimited Wi-Fi is available at Dynamic Earth.
Car Parking
DIGIT covers the cost of 1 car parking space per exhibition stand if you are using the Dynamic Earth car park. Please park as per normal and collect a validated ticket from the conference registration desk at any point on the day. Additional car parking spaces can be purchased at a discounted rate of £6 if you buy them through our
registration desk. The Dynamic Earth car park is located underneath the building and has 120 spaces. Please arrive early to avoid disappointment. The Stratosphere is located on the 3rd floor when leaving the car park using the lift.
Organisers' Desk
This will be manned at all times during the event. For any queries relating to exhibitor participation please email exhibitors@digit.fyi
Insurance
Each exhibitor is responsible for insuring against any legal liability incurred in respect of injury, loss or damage to property belonging to third parties if your corporate insurance does not already provide cover. In addition, you should protect your expenditures against abandonment and cancellation or curtailment of the event. Whilst we take every precaution to protect your property during the event we are not responsible for any loss or damage and we recommend that you do take out insurance in the case of any problems that may occur.

Content
DIGIT require content such as your company logo in order to share your participation in the event across our marketing channels. Please share your Logo in high-res PNG as well as a short company biography (100 words) as soon as possible to your DIGIT contact or to exhibitors@digit.fyi, so we can add it to the website.

Reporting
Post event a complete In-person attendee list (including email address) will be emailed to the Exhibiting company lead contact. To comply with our T&C's only the details of those delegates who have opted in upon booking will be shared.
